{"id":238,"date":"2021-01-06T16:40:57","date_gmt":"2021-01-06T15:40:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blog.foodelita.it\/?p=238"},"modified":"2021-01-06T16:40:58","modified_gmt":"2021-01-06T15:40:58","slug":"pistachio-fusilli","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/blog.foodelita.it\/en\/2021\/01\/06\/pistachio-fusilli\/","title":{"rendered":"Pistachio Fusilli"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A quick and easy first course, tasty and delicate, which combines the flavors of Sicilian cuisine to make the most of the local pistachio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2>Ingredients for 4 people:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>400 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodelita.it\/en\/Pasta_Rice\/fusilli-al-pistacchio-verde-di-bronte-dop-500-gr-49.html\">Evergreen pistachio fusilli<\/a><\/li><li>300 g of fresh ricotta<\/li><li>90 g of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodelita.it\/en\/Pasta_Dressings_Dips\/pesto-di-pistacchio-di-bronte-dop-90-gr-48.html?fast_search=fs\">Evergreen Pistachio Pesto<\/a><\/li><li>a spoonful of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.foodelita.it\/en\/Pulses_Dried_Fruit\/pistacchio-verde-di-bronte-sgusciato-100-gr-47.html\">shelled Evergreen Pistachios<\/a><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2>Preparation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Cook the fusilli in plenty of salted water for 6 to 8 minutes depending on your preferences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the meantime, mix the fresh ricotta and the pistachio pesto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grind or crush the shelled pistachios. Drain the pasta leaving a little cooking water.
